So today we are going to make street-style Chow Mein in our kitchen. It is so yummy and so tasty. It is of so different style. You guys must try it. I am sure you will like it. So let’s go to the ingredients section. But before going into the ingredient section you need to go to the grocery store to buy all the ingredients so first make a list of these ingredients and then to the grocery store. You can also take its screenshot. You might have seen many people in grocery stores calling their wives, sometimes they even do video calls to show their wives whether they should buy this product or not. So today you will take screenshots with you. Actually, it is a good habit as it helps you to clear doubts about products and also helps you to not bring wrong products.

 

Ingredients

 

The ingredients that we need for this delicious dish are:

Spaghetti 200grams

Boneless Chicken 1 Cup

Cabbage 1 Cup (chopped)

Onion 1 chopped

Capsicum 2(chopped)

Tomato paste 2 tbsp.

Garlic powder ½ tsp (use 2 Fresh garlic and make its paste if you can’t find powder of garlic)

Black pepper powder 1tsp

Paprika Powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Ketchup 1 tbsp.

Soy sauce 1 tsp

Chili Sauce 1 tsp

Chili flakes 1 tsp

Oil as required

Recipe

Now let us start our delicious and tasty recipe:

Step 1

First of all, we will boil water. After boiling water, we will add spaghetti or we can also use noodles. But we are using spaghetti means I am using spaghetti for my dish you can choose noodles if noodles are available to you in your kitchen or in the grocery store. Thus we will add spaghetti into the water by breaking them in half and then we will also add oil into the same pan. We will cook it for 8 to 10 minutes on high flame.

 

Step 2       

Meanwhile, we will ready masala. Masala is the main thing for making spaghetti because it can enhance the taste of the overall dish if made prettily. First, take a pan and then on medium flame and we will put 4 tbsp. of oil in it and we will fry chicken by adding salt, black pepper powder, and garlic paste. We will fry chicken on medium to low flame. On the other side, we have spaghetti which is being boiled. OK now we will add onion to the fried chicken pan and will fry onions a little and then we will add cabbage and turn the flame medium We will fry cabbage best because it needs some time for frying. Spaghetti is almost boiled. Now we will add capsicum to the chicken and will fry it again. Then we will add the rest of the things into the pan one by one. First of all soy sauce, then chili sauce, salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder, and paprika powder.

 

Step 3

Spaghetti is boiled so we will put it out of a watery solution. Now that this part is ready we only need to make the crucial part of our dish which is handling masala and cooking it well. And now we will mix both parts means we will put them into the frying pan containing the chicken mixture. Now we will add tomato paste to it. Then we will add two tbsp. of water into it. Then add tomato ketchup to it. Then add chili flakes and then we will mix it well. Now we will dish it out.

How to make hot and sour soup

 Assalam o Alaikum

Today we are going to make hot and sour soup in our kitchen. It is going to be so much tasty and so energetic. You will get rid of your laziness and you will start to work. It means our today’s recipe is going to be so special one.

Ingredients for yakhni

First of all, we will make yakhni so the ingredients we need for making yakhni are:  

  • Boned chicken ½ kg
  • Spring onion 1
  • Water 5 cups
  • Carrots 2

Recipe

We will peel carrots and then we will cut these carrots in length. The carrots and onions we are going to use in yakhni will be going to give a very wonderful and surprising taste. You will be very surprised by the end result. Our yakhni will smell very well because of using these ingredients. So let’s start making today’s recipe, i.e. Yakhni

First of all, we will take a pan and then we will add chicken to it. Then we will break the onion into pieces and then we will add this onion into the pan. In the next move, we will add carrots to the pan, and at the end, we will add water to the pan. We will add 5 cups of water and then we will cook it on a medium flame for about twenty minutes. Now our chicken has been boiled well. And our yakhni has been ready.

Now we will take out chicken bones and big pieces of carrot and put them aside. Now we will shred the chicken that is present with the bones.

Ingredients for soup

  • Boneless chicken ½ cup (we cut these pieces into cube-sized pieces)
  • Cabbage ½ cup
  • Carrots 2 medium-sized (chopped)
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp.
  • Egg white 3
  • Small size capsicum ½ (chopped)
  • Black pepper 1tsp (crushed)
  • Salt (1tsp)
  • Chili Garlic sauce 2tbsp
  • If you don’t have chili garlic sauce then you can use ketchup.
  • Vinegar 2tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp.

These things are required for making soup.

Recipe

We already shredded the chicken. Now we will put this shredded chicken into the soup. Now we will add chopped cabbage into this yakhni pot and then we will add 2 chopped carrots into the same pot. Add 1 tsp of salt. And then we will leave it for cooking.

Step 2

On the other side, we will roast the chicken that we kept for making soup. We will take a pan and will put it on the flame. Then we will add 1 tbsp. of oil into the pan. We will heat oil and then we will add chicken into this pan. And then we will fry this chicken. This is the most different thing about this soup. Because we are using both boiled and fried chicken in this soup.

Step 3 

This fried chicken in soup is an amazing skill to make our soup tasteful. It is a new tip for making soup tasty. For making something delicious we use different techniques and some of them match well with the taste and become the trend to be followed by the world. All the tastes until now were established by the same method. So our new technique is also going to win your heart like it had won or heart. We will fry this chicken in a very small amount of oil. We will fry it and the water of the chicken is going to be very beneficial for us. Because our chicken will get cooked in its own water. We do not need to add additional water to cook our chicken.

Step 4

Now our chicken has been fried we will add it to our soup. We will not add the oil in which we cooked chicken we will just add the chicken to the soup. Now we will add all the sauces to our soup. First of all, we will add soya sauce, then add chili garlic sauce, next we will add chili sauce, and at the end, we will add vinegar 2 tbsp. Then we will mix it. Then we will add water to the corn flour. Mix it well then we will add black pepper into this corn flour and then we will mix it well. Then, on one hand, we will keep the corn flour mixture and on one hand, we will keep the spoon. We will keep on mixing soup and at the same time we will keep on adding corn flour mixture.

Step 5 

Then after mixing it well we will add egg white and will mix it again. By adding eggs our soup color change and become attractive and cool. It also enhances the taste of the soup.  So it is necessary to add egg white into the soup to get the most delicious taste. At last, we will add capsicum because capsicum gets cooked immediately so it is best to add it at the end. Now our soup is ready so let’s serve it. As you all know the most important thing to get attention about our creation is to make its presentation the best. That’s why we are going to present it in a soup cup. Just look at its texture. How to make crispy chicken steaks

 Today we are going to make chicken steak and its sauce in our kitchen. It’s going to be so a delicious recipe. Today's steak is especially crispy chicken steak. We are now going to make yummy food. So let’s start this recipe. It is so easy you just need to understand the steps for making this delicious recipe. So the ingredients that we need for making this crispy chicken steak are given below:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Paprika powder 1tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Buttermilk ½ cup (it will help our chicken to become juicy if you don’t like it then don’t use it. It is optional.)

Buttermilk recipe:

Take a small amount of milk .warm it not too much just a little bit warm it. Then take a lemon and cut it into halves. Now put one halve of lemon juice into this milk. And mix it and now thick buttermilk is ready.

 You can so easily make this buttermilk at home. You don’t need to buy it from the market. Only two ingredients: milk and lemon are needed. If you dislike lemon then you can also use sirka. You can use 1 tsp of sirka into ½ cup of milk. You will then get thick buttermilk.

 

Making chicken breast thin steps:   

First of all, we will take a chicken breast and then we will cut it into two halves and then we will make these two pieces thin with the help of the following process.

We will take a cutting board and then we will put butter paper onto the cutting board. We are using butter paper so that chicken will not stick on the board and if it gets stuck then it will break. That’s why using butter paper is necessary. After putting the chicken breast portion onto this butter paper put another butter paper which will cover the chicken and then we will use a dough roller to beat it not so hard like the washerman. You need to beat this covered chicken very gently.

We will press it gently so that it becomes equal. So it will become thin. Chicken breast is a little bit thick so we need to thin it. A little struggle is needed to beat it gently. But then after this struggle, the chicken breast will take shape of a steak. Now it is now in the form of steak. Now we will marinate this steak. We will add ½ tsp of salt into the bowl where we will place these thin slices of breasts. We will salt the chicken by mixing it in the bowl. Then we will add our main ingredient buttermilk. It is in the form of yogurt. If you can’t make buttermilk then you can also use yogurt. ½ cup thin yogurt, you can use it instead. Now we will add garlic powder. If you don’t have garlic powder then add fresh garlic paste. You can use ½ tsp of fresh garlic paste. Now add paprika powder. Then black pepper powder. If you want spicy chicken steaks then add red chili powder and not use paprika powder because the paprika powder is not spicy. Then add chili sauce and we will mix all these things well. Then we will leave this mixture for thirty minutes so our chicken gets marinated well.

For coating on chicken steaks we will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

Maida ½ cup

White pepper powder 1tsp (if you do not have this powder you can also use black pepper powder.)

Garlic powder ½ tsp

Salt ½ tsp

Oregano ¼ tsp

Recipe:

Now we will add all these ingredients to the Maida. First of all, we will add white pepper powder to Maida. Now we will add garlic powder and then we will add salt to the Maida. In the end, we will add oregano now we will mix them all well. Next, we will take iced water. Because this will make our chicken crispy. Our chicken also has been marinated now. Now we will coat on chicken we will take a chicken piece and will coat it from the mixture and then we will add it to the water. Then we will take it out of the water and again will put it into a mixture for coating it. Now we will fry it. We will put the frying pan on medium to low flame and then we will shallow fry this chicken so that it will get cooked completely. We will fry it from both sides. Now our chicken steaks have been fried .now we need to prepare the sauce for crispy chicken breasts. For the sauce, we need the following ingredients.

Ingredients:

Maida 1tsp

Tetra pack fresh cream ½ cup

Milk ½ cup

Garlic powder ½ tsp

Oil 1tbsp

Salt ¼ tsp

Black pepper powder ¼ tsp

Recipe:

First of all, we will take a pan and then we will put it on flame. We will add oil into the pan then we will add Maida into the pan now we will make maida light brown by frying it so that its smell will be gone. Then we will add milk slowly in small amounts and then we will mix it well. This will help to make the mixture light without any lumps. Then we will add cream into this mixture and one thing to remember while adding cream is that our flame should be low while adding cream. Now we will mix it well then we will add other ingredients to the pan. First, we will add garlic powder then salt and then add black pepper powder. Then we will mix it well. Now our sauce is ready. We will first take out a plate and then will put the steak into it and at one side we will put sauce and then for making this dish much more crispy we will make French fries and will put it in our presenting dish. Now we will add coriander to the sauce for garnishing purposes. Now our crispy chicken steaks are ready. How to make Haleem

 Assalam o Alaikum

Today we are going to make Haleem. The recipe of Haleem is so easy you only need to add effort as an ingredient in Haleem to get the best result. One time making this Haleem you will get a fan of this recipe.

The Haleem we are making today needs a lot of struggle and hard work. Without struggle, we will not be able to get bazaars taste of Haleem.

Ingredients

  • Wheat.   250g
  • Chanay ki daal. 125gms
  • Mong ki daal    125gms
  • Masoor ki daal.   125gms

Step 1

We will put these four ingredients in water separately for about four hours. After four hours we will take them out of the water and we will put fresh water into these four ingredients. In the next step, we will boil them all by using three-liter water for boiling. We will make this Haleem just like those in bazaars .this will be going to get a lot of struggle. we will not grind it because if we grind these daals then that bazaar taste will be lost so we will make Haleem by the whole process with full hard work.

Step 2

Take a pot and put 3-liter water into it. Now put wheat into it.Then put Chana daal,masoor daal and mong daal into that three litre water bowl. We will boil it until these daals start to break. we will then put the lid on this pot and first we will use medium flame then we will turn the flame low. After two hours we will open the lid to see whether daals are broken or not. Now, these daals are broken.

Step 3

In the next step we will see that daals started to break then we will put one teaspoon salt and one tablespoon heldi into this bowl. Then we will mix it well. After adding salt, heldi and mixing these daals well we will put the lid onto the pot again and will put it on low flame for about an hour and in the meantime we will prepare qorma for haleem.

Step 4

For qorma of haleem the ingredients we will need are:

  • Boneless chicken   1/2kg
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • Dhanya powder 1 tbsp
  • Gram masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste. 1 tbsp(full spoon)
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp. (full spoon)
  • Green chili 2 tbsp. (about 6 green chopped peppers)
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chicken stock 1 glass.   (Yakhni of chicken bones)
  • Ginger 1 inch chopped for garnishing
  • 2 lemons
  • Coriander. 2 tbsp. chopped
  • Fried chopped onion

Step 5

For making qorma we will take a pot. Then we will add oil into the pot. Next, we will put chopped onion into it and will give pinkish color to the onion by frying them. After this, we will add garlic and ginger into the pot. Then we will mix it well. Then we will add boneless chicken into the pot and will mix it well then we will put masalas into the pot.

Step 6

First of all, we will put salt into it. then we will add red chili powder into the pot. After this, we will add Turmeric powder into the pot and then will add dhanya powder into it. Then we will mix it well.

Step 7

 After this next step is to add gram masala powder. mix it then add tomatoes mix again than by the addition of green chili we will again keep moving spoon and will keep on mixing the contents of bowl well. After adding all masalas we will add yogurt into the pot and will mix it well. After mixing it well we will add chicken stock ( yakhni) into the pot.

Step 8

 Then after mixing we will put the lid on the pot and will leave the pot for ten minutes. After ten minutes water has been dried. we will use some wooden mixer for this qorma to make chicken pieces smaller we will put that wooden mixer into the pot and will give round turns so that the whole chicken in the pot becomes small slices.

Step 9

Then after two hours, we will go back to see daals pot. Now we will use the same wooden mixer to smash deals in the pot. it will almost take an hour. Our struggle of mixing and smashing will help to get a taste. if we do not smash these daals and will use the pressure cooker to cook haleem by just putting daals into the pressure cooker then we will not be able to get the taste that we will get by hard work. just keep on smashing daals with the help of wooden mixer .The most important step for making haleem is to smash daals with the help of a wooden mixer.Those bazaari haleems are also made with much effort and they also use this wooden mixer to smash daals. this is not too much when you will add korma then you need to put more effort to mix using the wooden mixer. We will mix for thirty minutes and then will add qorma and then will again mix using wooden mixer for other thirty minutes.

Step 10

Now we will add qorma and will mix it again to make thick. Haleem. We will not turn off the flame during the whole process we will use a low flame during the whole process. Now almost after half an hour of putting qorma into the pot and mixing for a half-hour, our Haleem will be ready.

Garnishing

Now we will dish out Haleem. Now Haleem is dished out now we will garnish it. First, we will spread gram masala powder into Haleem. Then we will add fried chopped onion and then we will add ginger .at the end we will add coriander and lemon onto Haleem.

Our Haleem is ready.

How to make chicken bread

Today we are going to make chicken bread. After making this chicken bread you will forget the taste of market chicken bread because this recipe is going to be your favorite recipe. You will never forget the taste of this chicken bread because its taste is so delicious and yummy. For making this chicken bread we need to perform two steps process.

First, we will make chicken bread dough then we will prepare its filling material. We are going to need these below-mentioned ingredients:

Ingredients:

Plain flour.           2 cups

Milk powder        1 tbsp.

Yeast.                   1 tbsp.

One egg

Sugar.                  1 tsp

Salt.                     1/2 tsp

Warm Milk.          As required

Water.                  2 tbsp

Oil                       2 tbsp.

Recipe

Step 1

First of all, we will take water. We will then add sugar into the water and then we will mix it well. Secondly, we will add yeast to the previously prepared mixture of sugar in water. We will mix it so well. After mixing it quite well we will put it aside.

Step 2

Now we will take another bowl and we will then put plain flour into this bowl and then we will add salt to it. Then we will add milk powder into it and then we will mix it.

After mixing we will add the yeast sugar mixture that we already prepared into this bowl and then will mix it well. After mixing we will add the egg into this bowl and will mix it again. We will add milk as required and will keep on adding slowly and will also keep on mixing the dough at the same time. Then we will add 1tbsp of oil into this mixture and will save other oil for further use.

Step 3

After mixing them for about five minutes we will put oil onto this dough to make a greasy layer and then we will put polythene on the plate on which we have placed this dough and we will keep it for about 2 hours.

Ingredients for filling of bread:

For preparing the filling for chicken bread dough we will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 and a 1/2 cup chicken (boned)
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Maida 2 tbsp.
  • Onion 1
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Gram masala powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Four green chilies (chopped)
  • Dhanya 2 tbsp.
  • Butter 2 tbsp.
  • Sesame as required
  • Egg for coating

Step 1

Now we will boil the chicken until it separates into pieces. Then we will take a pan and will put butter into the pan. We will use medium flame. After the butter gets melted we will add chopped onions into the pan. We don't need to give a brown color to onions and then we will add 2 tbsp. maida into it. We will mix it well and will cook it for some time then we will add milk slowly and will keep on moving the spoon in the pan.

Step 2

Now we will add masalas. We will add salt, black pepper, gram masala powder and after putting masalas we will cook it and mix it well then we will add chicken into the pan, and then we will keep on mixing the whole mixture for five minutes.

Step 3

After five minutes we will add green chili and dhanya into the pan. If you want to add ketchup you can add it. By adding ketchup taste will become better.

Step 4

Then we will mix it and place it to get cool. Then after two hours, we will see our dough. We will dust maida on some plain surface and will put our dough onto that surface and then will give our dough first ball Shape and then circle shape with the help of bailnaan.

Step 5

Then we will add chicken mixture to the center of that round thin dough layer. And then with the help of a knife we will mark cut Starting from placed chicken ends and in the outward direction each cut is 1 inch away from another cut then we will put one half cut portion of dough onto the chicken present in the center and then will put other side cut portion onto this previous cut portion and will keep on doing it for all cuts. This process will make chicken inside the dough in a specific design. Then we will beat egg and will put coating onto this bread then we will add sesame onto bread and at the end, we will grease the baking tray and will put bread into the baking tray and will cut extra portion of the bread, which will be outside the tray. Because this will change our bread shape into an ugly bread shape.

Step 6

We will preheat the oven for thirty minutes at 250 degrees centigrade and then we will put the baking tray with chicken bread into this preheated oven. We will bake the chicken bread at 200 degrees centigrade for about 15 to 20 minutes.

After twenty minutes

Our bread has been baked now we will take it out and will put butter into it to make it more soft and tasty. Now we will put it out for cooling then we will cut it. Wow, it is so soft and yummy. I can’t share my chicken bread with you but I will share its picture with you guys. Try it guys you will forget the taste of market chicken bread. It is so delicious. The only section for making this chicken bread that needs much attention is the process of marking cuts on the circular dough layer.
